Red decorated cloth, colour plate mounted front cover, ornament & decoration in black, colour illustrated endpapers, w/ d.j. cover art by Willis (minor shelfwear, dustsoiling), NF/VG- copy. First Platt & Munk edition of this title in the Sallie Mandy series originally issued by Altemus Co. in 1927. Willis (1871-1957) was a Pittsburgh born artist who illustrated all of the Little Sallie Mandy series titles, several Wee Folks Peter Rabbit titles, and more.
