Ventura: Phantom Bookshop Press, 2011. A rendered facsimile dust jacket for the first edition book of THE LITTLE SISTER published in 1949 in the UK. The jacket was rendered by artist John Anthony Miller and archival ink and special paper were used. Jacket comes trimmed and enclosed in a mylar jacket protector, ready to put on the book. There will be an attached signed label on the verso of the jacket signed and stating that this is a facsimile dust jacket, also the monogram "JAM" of the artist, and "Facsimile Dust Jacket" printed tastefully on the edge of the rear jacket flap. Photo shown. As new.. Facsimile Edition.

Phantom Bookshop was established in 1993 by bookman and artist John Anthony Miller and located there for eight years in Downtown Ventura at 451 E. Main St in Ventura, California. Many famous authors and celebrities signed there and was a top favorite bookshop of Ray Bradbury's. We specialize used and rare books, unusual material and signed books with an emphasis on the unique, sci fi and fantasy, first editions, scientific and medical. We also have a nice selection of high quality facsimile dust jackets done etching and engraving artist John Anthony Miller (all jackets are marked tastefully that they are facsimile jackets, printed on high quality non acidic paper using the finest inks that will last a lifetime with care). Phantom Bookshop relocated in 2000 as an internet business.
