1951 hardcover as pictured. This is a handsome small volume in very nice condition. Quarter bound in black and cream cloth with red and gold stamping on spine, head/tail bands and red marker ribbon. Indexed by author and title, also includes small portraits or photographs of many of the featured poets. Binding is firm. Boards are clean with minimal edge wear. Endpapers and text appear clean and unmarked. Book protected by plastic sleeve and slip case. Case is lightly soiled and age tanned with one edge partially separated.
