Six-volume set of the biographies of the Chief Justices of the British Empire by Lord Campbell. VOLUMES I-IV are REPRINTS; VOLUMES V & VI are FIRST EDITION. Over all, all six volumes have some minor edgewear, light bumped corners, light toning throughout the textblock and quarter-inch chipping across both the head and foot of the spine; spine is also lightly rubbed with gilt text dimmed; private library sticker on front pastedown endpaper. VOL 1 has a half-inch tear at the edge of the front free endpaer. VOL II has some rubbing on the edge of the spine. All six volumes are in protective, mylar dust jackets.
