Spine lightly sunned. Extrems rubbed but not worn. . Many full page plates, headpieces & countless margin & in text illus. DJ from later printing as this DJ shows Thompson Seton as last name. Book spine & tp in reverse order, Seton-Thompson. Otherwise DJ duplicates book's cover. DJ MISSING lower third of spine & MISSING lower fifth of rear panel. DJ separated at front gutter line. Still, DJ bright & clean, no soiling or sunning. In any case DJs for this book, or any of his animal books, are very scarce, certainly no more than 1 in a 100. .
