The Easton Press, 1969. Hardcover. Very Good. Two volumes, complete. Translated from the Greek (into French) by James Amyot; translated from the French (into English) by Thomas North. Grey leather with gold titles and decoration, very good with soiling to top edges, a few tiny scrapes to bottom fore-edge corner of the back cover of volume two. Spines square. Bindings sound. Gilted page edges, with scratches to top of textblock fore-edge, heavy bump to this edge on volume two. Top of textblocks lightly spotted. Easton bookplates adhered at verso of both FFEPs, with the space for previous owner's name filled in. Interiors else clean, pages bright, texts unmarked.
