Type: Book 1963/Stated 1st Edition/Illustrations/B & W And Colour Photographs/Fold - Out Map/No Dustjacket. The Calypso is sets out on her first working cruise in the autumn of 1951. The cover has some small spinewear, and also some stains ("Good" condition). The rear cover has a three ridge lines in the cloth. There is an inscription on the inner front cover, evidence of something removed from the FEP. The pages are clean, soft and lightly aged, without any writing or marking in the text ("Near Fine" condition). The photograph pages are not affected by age, being of different paper.
