London: Cassell and Company Limited, 1939. Beautifully illustrated book of colour lithographs by Edward Ardizzone depicting the interiors of Lonon Public Houses and the people using them. First edition 1939 containing 51pages in bright clean condition just some light browning to endpapers and previous owners ink details on front endpaper, 15 full page colour illustrations, all present as listed plus very informative text. NO dustwrapper, outer illustrated boards are a little marked and worn on edges and corners, spine has become detached and lost over the years but binding is sound.
