Photo on front page shows four officers of the U.S. Army Air Forces who made aviation history by being the first to fly P-38 Lightnings across the North Atlantic from the U.S. to England. They are Col. Ben S. Kelsey, LtCol. Cass S. Hough, Col. James E. Briggs and Col. John K. Gerhart. Another story tells how LtCol. Hough, from Plymouth, MI made the longest vertical dive in history in a P-38, and thus flew faster than any human being, at 780 mph. Movie star Joseph Cotten has been named Master of Ceremonies of Lockheed's radio program, ""Ceiling Unlimited,"" coast-to-coast on the Columbia network, at 11 a.m., Pacific War Time.
