Books are returnable at any time for agreed cause; however, any item found to be other than described, or any damaged item must be notified to us in writing upon receipt; any missing items must be notified to us within 10 days of the expected delivery date. Institutions, customers and libraries known to us can be invoiced. Shipping is extra and is calculated at time of purchase. We ship at actual cost (normally Canada Post, normally Airmail for international; insurance extra if requested; surface, courier and special arrangements on request; normal packing free-of-charge (special packing at cost).
