London: Macmillan, 1968. First Edition. Octavo, dark brown boards, pp. 209, [5]. With the author's signed presentation to one of her closest writing friends: "Adele [Wiseman] - with love, Margaret". The "ghost" of Wiseman's address is impressed upon the rear panel of the dust jacket, presumably from when Laurence addressed the books [from England] to Montreal. Top corners bumped, else very good in an edge worn dust jacket, with small closed tears. An important association copy. .
