Sobre este artículo
London: National Unionist Association, 1924. Paperback. vii, 54p., furnished with a fullpage b&w frontis portrait (S.B. gripping his watch-fob); presswork on semi-alkaline stock softbound in 8.5x5.5 inch matte grey wraps. Spine panel of wrapper bears a readers' crease, a top-rim chip, and a split at lower front joint. Text stock shows scattered foxing. A handleable exemplar, otherwise sound and clean, and entirely unmarked. Laid in, on Unionist letterhead, are two separate sheets: an order form and a 'With Compliments'. Captioned pronouncements confirm negatives: no votes for women, no independence for India, maintenance of "security" in Egypt, food prices and housing costs are fine the way they stand, strikes to be prevented, no responsible Englishman votes socialist.
