Illustrated with several maps and plates. A history of Dilmun, a Middle Eastern ancient civilization older than Sumer, known to Assyrian records and to the empire of Gilgamesh. A Very Good book with a bookplate and pencil annotations throughout; dust jacket is price-clipped with some edge wear and two tape ghosts on the reverse.
