If you are unhappy with your purchase, then please email us within 14 days of receiving your book, and we will provide you with return instructions. Upon receipt of the returned book, we will initiate a refund. Return shipping is refunded in cases where the book is not as described. Shipping rates are based on books weighing 1 kg (2.2 lbs). For books over 1kg (2.2lbs) and multi-volume sets, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
