Fro dust jacket: "By the time she died in 1932, at the age of 89, Gertrude Jekyll had been involved in the design of more then 350 gardens... (The) author tries to reconstruct in watercolors 20 of these gardens from the original plans... Organized by design and thematic topics, (this book) uses the 20 plans to illustrated Jekyll's various treatments of: full and limited color borders seasonal borders garden ornaments and architectural detail gardens with water woodland, rock and rose gardens." Moderate wear to jacket, jacket appears to be price clipped. Fep was torn at the top corner. There is a thin band of soil or foxing to top of back jacket flap. . First. Cloth. Very Good/Good. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.

RETURNS: Returns are accepted in original packaging with advance Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA.)
