Blue from spine label a little faded, but a fine spare label is still present; a near-fine copy, without slipcase. First edition, one of 200 numbered and signed copies, this limited edition was actually printed from a different setting of type than the first edition, correcting problems of spacing and so forth. Sinopsis
Willa Cather's A Lost Lady was first published in 1923. It tells the story of Marian Forrester and her husband, Captain Daniel Forrester who live in the Western town of Sweet Water, along the Transcontinental Railroad.
