The present copy is number 18 and has been printed French fold handmade Japanese paper from hand-set types, illustrations printed in red. This adaptation of a Chinese folk tale was written, designed & printed at Sunflower Press by Carol Cunningham. It was exhibited in the Miniature Book Society's 1981 traveling exhibition. String bound in red paper, centrally stamped in gilt, gilt endpapers. A fine copy. Ref: R.C. Bradbury, 20th Century U.S. Miniature Books, p. 289, no. 16.
