Book is split at pages 240 - 241 (strings have broken). Otherwise pages are tight. Pages are unmarked but do have foxing. Age toning to pages. 457+ additional advertisng pages. Given the age of the book, it is in Very Good condition. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall
