Black card covers with white title and color illustration on both front and back. Dust jacket repeating title and illustration from cover. Inside of card covers are white stars on a yellow background. A life of Louis the 14th for children, entirely in French, well-illustrated. Book is in Very Good+ Condition: darkening of p. 1 and final page where they face the yellow interior of the cover; lower corners slightly creased; pages are darkened along edges; otherwise, clean and tight. Dust jacket is in Good Condition: rubbed; loss at spine ends; chipping along lower edge of front section; closed 2-cm. tear from upper edge of front section; loss at upper and lower edge of back section; color is bright.
