A romantic comedy set in the small town of Kenwood, Missouri. Cockrell is best known as screenwriter for Andre De Toth's 1945 film noir, "Dark Waters," and also for her television work for noted shows such as "Alfred Hitchcock Presents" and "Batman."
Blue titled wrappers, with rubber-stamped copy number, dated December 14, 1946, with credit for screenwriter Marian Cockrell. Distribution page present, with receipt intact. Title page present, dated December 14, 1946, with credit for screenwriter Cockrell. 184 leaves, mimeograph duplication. Pages Near Fine, wrapper Near Fine, bound with three black brads.
