Boston, Massachusetts: Barn Dream Press, 1974. 5" wide by 8" tall. A clean, square, securely bound copy. No owner's name or bookplate. No remainder mark. Pages are fresh and crisp. The binding is yellow pictorial wraps, with a front cover illustration in red, orange and green by Roger Sterns. The spine's yellow background color is slightly sunned, but all lettering remains bright and distinct. The title page is illustrated (also by Roger Sterns?) with an erotic (and sexually explicit) design. Green endpapers. The pages are sewn (NOT simply glued or stapled). Uncommon book of poems by Bill Knott, maverick poet and associate professor at Emerson College. Among his other books are: AUTO-NECROPHILIA; ROME IN ROME; LAUGH AT THE END OF THE WORLD: COLLECTED COMIC POEMS 1969-1999, and THE UNSUBSCRIBER.. First Edition. Trade Paperback. Very Good+ condition. Besides book fairs and mail-order catalogues, long-time collectors and dealers will remember our lengthy For Sale ads in the Antiquarian Bookman and similar magazines.
