Original flexible white Japan vellum binding, contents printed on one side of leaf only. BAL 5761 [this version "not seen"]. Included is a handwritten signed note from Field to Way on the letterhead of W. Irving Way & Co. , Publishers which starts "Dear Irving: Are people ever in? ..." Also included loose is an example of Field's book plate. .
