Front and rear covers, and first and last few leaves have some moisture staining and there are some bluish areas that look like mold but apparently are not - there are no odors of mold or mildew that we noted. Pastedowns on front cover and spine are rubbed. Rear spine edge has some tearing to surface paper. Rear cover is a little warped where moisture stained.. Selling online since 1999.
