Dealer's instructions & brief critical apparatus in Italian with English translation on terminal leaves. Content consists in vignette reproductions (138, 6 to a page) of Rossini's engravings of classical ruin sites, often simply a grouping of distressed columns, designed to guide travellers who love these. Softbound catalogue (nice job) in 11.5x8 inch decorated grey wraps. A little edgeworn with a lightly turned corner-tip, else perfectly sound, and entirely clean and unmarked.
