New York: Criterion, 1962. First Edition. Hardcover. Fine/Near Fine. Luis Van Rooten's personal copy inscribed by the premiere cast. Fine in a Near Fine jacket, clipped, rubbed at the edges and surface, some toning on the back panel. Grey buckram with black ink lettering on the spine and front board. Square and firmly bound, toned on the front endpaper from Van Rooten's bookplate. Among the twenty-five signatures are those of Albert Finney (BAFTA, Golden Globes, Emmy, and SAG winner), John Moffatt (Hercule Poirot), Peter Bull (Dr. Strangelove), and Dan Goggin (Nunsense).
