Hardback, 1931, second edition (first published 1907), illustrated with musical notation, published by Oxford University Press, London, 114 pages+.
Quarto/4to, measures around 10 1/8" by 7 3/4" by 5/8". No dust jacket. Blue cloth binding, gilt lettering to front board spine. A little marking and some scuffing to binding, though colouring still vivid. Signs of wear, rubbing at edges and on hinges. Bumped corners. Binding firm. Page edges neatly opened and cut, somewhat foxed, a little browned and scuffed. Pasted between first and second endpapers is a presentation certificate signed by the members of Wesley's Chapel Choir. Foxing to preliminaries and hindmost pages. The odd mark to page surfaces but otherwise clean, no underlining, marginalia, etc. See pictures for further information.
