Contemporary half marbles boards with leather spines, labels and gilt titles. A little rubbing to the boards, with significant surface loss to the edge of volume two. Internally clean and tidy with a little darkening and a few foxing spots. An owner's inscription and small hole to the half title of volume two, Doesn't affect text. A few small nicks and stains otherwise. xxvii, [i], 140. [iv], 168., [vi], 168., [iv], 180. pp. Text in French. 130 by 90mm (5 by 3½ inches). . Quatre tomes en deux livres. Premier Ainsi. (Datée An XIII). Gravure en frontis au recto de chaque volume. Titre pour chacun. Plats en demi-marbres de l'époque avec dos en cuir, étiquettes et titres dorés. Un léger frottement sur les plats, avec perte de surface importante en bordure du tome deux. Intérieur propre et bien rangé avec un peu d'assombrissement et quelques rousseurs. Une inscription du propriétaire et petit trou au faux titre du tome deux, N'affecte pas le texte. Quelques petites entailles et taches sinon. xxvii, [i], 140. [iv], 168., [vi], 168., [iv], 180. pp. Texte en français. 130 par 90mm
