Sobre este artículo
Philadelphia: American Sunday School Union, 1848. First American edition. Hardcover. Good condition overall. A children's book with an interesting early discourse on photography, with mention of "Light and its Phenomena, Mr. Talbot and Daguerreotypes." 16mo, 192 pp. woodcut illustrations in text. Brown cloth spine, marbled boards, covers rubbed and worn. Internally good + but with a little foxing on the early pages and a light brown stain on the last few pages. A child has marked both front and back endpapers with lead pencil markings. Chapter 6 contains the information on photography. Possibly OCLC 590071831, which list it contents as also "anti-Catholic."
