Light shelfwear, else fine condition. Identical to the second impression with the following exceptions: three impressions are noted on the copyright page; an additional plate has been added to the book, a portrait of John Burns opposite page 252, now making a total of 73 illustrations of which 52 are separate plates; the errors have been corrected; the type damage on page 160 has been fixed; an eight line note of thanks to George B. Ives has been added following the last line of the index. Published in October of 1921 and sold for $4.00.
