Moderate foxing to top text block edge. Binding remains firm. Minor bubbling to rear pastedown. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Slight sunning to spine head and tail, also to bottom edge of front board. Mild crushing to spine ends. Book has a slight forward lean. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Ghosting of cover image to front board cloth. Unclipped jacket , priced 8s 6d, has moderate edge-wear with chips, tears and creasing. Moderate sunning to spine. Slight loss to head and tail of spine.
