New York,(1918): Britton Publishing Co. 12mo. Fairbanks made very successful early social comedies, then highly popular swashbucklers during the 'twenties. He was married to Mary Pickford and was one of the founders of Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. He almost always did his own stunts. 157pp., 16 photo illustrations with decorations by Harold A. Van Buren. His previous work was titled Laugh and Live. Fairbanks states "this books contains everything in general--and nothing in particular--just such things as came to mind that seemed worth while". The Khaki edition for the boys going to the front. An inspirational work. bound in khaki cloth lettered and stamped in black, spine lettering black, small cloth blemish fro front board, a very good copy in original dust jacket with portion of rear panel torn away, chip to head and separation to upper joint of jacket.
