In the Introduction, the author writes "The following paper comprises a study of the order Mallophaga, which includes the biting lice commonly found on birds and mammals, with special reference to a list of the species found on Ohio birds. Stiff gray covers, slightly soiled. vertical crease as if folded (barely shows inside). Faded "border" around the front side and bottom edges. ex.-mus. stamp. Overall exterior is G+. First page with ex.-mus stamp, otherwise interior is tight, clean and VG+. Wraps. Good+. Size: Approx. 6 3/4" x 10". Entomology.
