Dark blue cloth-covered boards, gilt titles on spine. 8vo. Sun-fading along top edge of boards; sun-fading at spine ends mirroring dust jacket loss, heel lightly bumped. Corners lightly rounded. Some light foxing on text block edges (affecting page margins), fore edge tanning, top edge dusty. Light tanning on free endpapers. Some light foxing towards beginning and end of volume. Internally neat, clean and tight. Dust jacket spine has heavy chipping at ends, some <1cm scuffs and scratches and some light red staining. Dust jacket covers have creasing along top edges with some <5cm closed tears along top edge of front cover, chipping at corners, not price clipped, light red staining on rear cover. Foxing and tanning along top edge of dust jacket interior, some lighter foxing along bottom edge and rear cover. Special edition for young readers.
