Describing this fascinating road which is mainly bypassed nowadays leaving many of the towns and villages mentioned worth exploring. Originally published in two volumes in 1907. A Very Good near Fine copy in a Very Good dustjacket. A lovely copy with Red pictorial cover, light tanning to end-papers, No inscriptions. Jacket has some small repair to top of spine and is lightly rubbed-as I would be after 100 years. Nice copy. Pictures available.
