First illustrated Polish edition of Byron's Manferd, illustrated by Juliusz Kossak.
Lord Byron's closet drama, Manfred was originally published in 1817, and its first Polish edition appeared in 1835. The present book is the first edition of its second translation, and the first Polish edition with illustrations.
