Millet, Special Correspondent of 'Harper's Weekly' in the Philippines." Published in the March 18, 1899 issue of Harper's Weekly. The map includes various keys detailing military buildings, civil buildings, and religious buildings, as well as streets, creeks, squares, and boundaries. Below the map is a photograph by Oscar King Davis, titled "Manila-A Corner in a Cigar Factory." The page is in very good condition, with minor toning at the margins not affecting the image. Text on verso. Harper's Weekly was a New York-based illustrated political magazine published from 1857 until 1916. The magazine featured foreign and domestic news, fiction, essays on many subjects.<br/> <br/>
