The second book in Monteith's National Geographical Series. This is the Edition for The Pacific Coast. It has an additional section after p. 124 titled "The Pacific Coast" with additional text and maps of CA, OR, WA, and MT. This copy has a number of previous ownership markings, including the daughter of a California pioneer, Clara F. Van Winkle, of Grayson, CA, dated Sept. 15, 1874.
