Salford: Printed by J. Roberts, 1873. 3/4 leather. Near Fine. 4 1/4 x 6 1/2 inches. 75 numbered pages. Pages bright and clean and free of marking or soiling. Bound in 3/4 black calf with marbled boards and matching marbled endpapers. Author, title and date in gilt lettering to spine. Corners and edges very lightly worn. Provenance: bookplate dated 1893 of Henry Blackwell and binder's stamp on ffep "Bound by Blackwell. A very nice copy of this scarce Welsh volume which was bound and owned by the noted New York bookbinder responsible for the bindings of several volumes belonging to John Augustin Daly, the Victorian American theatre manager, playright and bibliophile, which were sold at auction after his death.
