Paris: Auguste Picard, Editeur, 1926. This is an about very good 2 volume hardcover set with light wear. Completely clean inside and out. Top of spine of volume 2 chipped. Text in French. Both volumes bound in blue cloth with a red leather title labels with gilt letters on the spine, original tan softcovers bound in. This is the 2nd revised and expanded edition. Volume 1 published in 1925, volume 2 in 1926. 219 black & white illustrations. 9" high X 5 1/2" wide, 480 & 464 pages. (Both pages and illustratrations are actually numbered consecutively from volume 1). Small private collector bookplates on the inside front covers of both volumes.. 2nd Edition. Revised. Enlarged.. Hard Cover. Very Good.
