Light spotting to the page edges, internally clean and tight. Bookplate on the front pastedown. A very good copy. The Introductioin informs us that Mrs. Sim was housekeeper at Rossdhu House, seat of Sir James Colquhoun and Luss. A scarce Sottish cookery book with distinctive Scottish recipes includinga receipt for heron soup.
