Deep blue hardcover boards still flat, minor edge wear, corners are bowed inwards and some bumping, some wearing through, but no tears. Spine is softened at the edges, no tears. Label on spine is sun faded but still readable, small tear at bottom edge. Pages are a soft, almost woven appearance, and are completely rough at the leading and bottom edge. While not torn the page edges are somewhat softened due to time. Pages are slightly yellowed at the edges, and there are a few tiny brown spots on the first few pages after the end page. Illustrations still protected by the tracing paper-like covers. Pages are otherwise unmarked or folded.
