Inscribed by author on front free endpaper. Maroon cloth covers with gilt title and b/w image of mountain cabin on front, small gilt writing with author's last name on spine. Cover corners are lightly rubbed, cover edges clean, spine ends are bent from shelf wear. Some of the gilt on the front cover title lettering has been rubbed away, small scuff on front cover near title, some marks on back cover. Page edges browning. Back hinge loose. Interior pages are clean. Book in VG-/VG condition.. Signed by Author. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good-. Size: Approx. 5 1/4" x 7 3/4". Americana.
