Covers have several chips, creases and short tears to edges, bumping to corners, a few spots of damp staining, wear to joints. Front cover is detached but the binding otherwise remains tight. A bright copy of the author's partly-fictional account of her eldest sister's death (and return); published privately by expelled Methodist minister Benjamin Fish Austin.
