No date but the date is very early (given the fact that leather bound hardcover books are advertised in the back for 50 CENTS-including shipping! ! ! ) so it's possibly first American edition. (orig UK pub date =1903). Book will be shipped wrapped in heavy paper, bubble wrap and snugly packed in a box to protect it. More photos available if you email.
