The jacket is in good to very good condition with minimal to no wear. The jacket is now protected with a removable Mylar cover. The hardcover book is in very good condition free from rips, tears, stains, bends, and writing. The book has been hand signed, inscribed, & dated by the author on the first title page in blue ink. The book comes with a copy of a letter from Gil Maxwell to Frank J. McNitt, a Southwestern artist and author. The boards are in very good condition with minimal to no wear. The binding is tight and square.
