There is the outline of a hand with key points designated on the front cover. On the title poge the author asks "Has your hand one of the distinguishing marks that point to success, in business, sports, or love? The author posits that hands can be divided into seven distinct classes. Then the principal lines of the hand (longevity, head, heart, destiny, brilliancy, intuition, marriage can be addressed. The author's thesis is that if one knows one hand, one can be the master of one's own destiny. This contains brief biographies of 75 famous personalities as such: Gret Garbo, Gene Tunney, Jane Addams, Franklin D. Roosevelt, Amelia Earheart, Sinclair Lewis, The Prince of Wales, Charles A. Lindberg, Mahatma Gandhi, Ely Culbertson and Benito Mussolini.
