London: Folio Society , 2004. Decorative Cloth. Fine/No Jacket. Folio Society reprints: the set of 3 are all dated 2001, the 2 singles are dated 2002 and 2004. All five books and their sleeves are in Fine condition, with no owner's marks, no noticeable wear. The only very minor flaws are 3 barely visible sticker shadows to each slipcase. All five volumes have matching blocked designs and matching maroon sleeves. A superb set. Photos available.
