Sobre este artículo

(ERNST, MAX).. MAX ERNST. Tokyo. ND (Circa 1958).: Misuzu, First Edition. 8vo. Cloth in Dust Jacket. Artist Monograph. Very Good/Good +. 106pp, 44 b&w and 26 color illustrations. Text in Japanese. Published as part of a Japanese series of monographs on European and American modern artists, this volume is devoted to the work of noted Dada and Surealist icon Max Ernst. While we cannot make out the publication details in Kanji, this is a nicely illustrated survey of paintings, collages, and frottages dating to the late fifties. A most presentable example of this uncommon item showing a bit of handling to the textblock, some chips and closed tears to the dust jacket, and the previous owner's stamp of noted artist Sam Francis on the inside rear cover.
