Sobre este artículo
Max the Sport by Lilian M. Pyke.
Hardback, 1916, first edition, illustrated, published by Ward, Lock & Co., Limited, London, 250 pages with 6-page publisher catalogue at rear.
Octavo/8vo, measures around 7 1/2" by 5 3/8" by 1 1/4". Beige cloth binding with pictorial detail to front board and spine. Marking and scuffing to binding. Signs of wear, rubbing at edges and on hinges. Bumped corners. Book has slight forward tilt. Some slackness to binding, though book contents reasonable firm. There may have been a tape repair to the front inner hinge, though if so it is quite neat. Page edges browned, scuffed, marked and heavily foxed. Some foxing to endpapers and foxing to many page surfaces throughout but no underlining, marginalia, etc. See pictures for further information.
