Colour frontispiece & Black and white illustrative plates throughout. Fold out element to mid-section. Binding remains firm. Crinkling to pages at gutters. Previous owner's inscription to front endpaper. Pages remain bright and clear with minimal tanning. Yellow staining to page 76 and on edges of some others. Boards have mild edge wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. There is bumping to corners and crushing to spine ends. Tanning to spine and edges. Boards are bowed. Book has a slight forward lean.
